Cancellation/No Show 

I kindly ask that you give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hour notice there will be a 50% service fee. If there is a “No Show” there will be a 100% service fee because another client could have taken that appointment time.

There is ONLY a 15 min grace period for late clients, anything later than that will result in cancellation of your appointment!
